Supplies
You can use a tube of your choice, free or not, but credit for it must be added to your tag.

*********** Step 1
Open a new transparent image 800x700 and fill with #fffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group. Step 2: mask
Open a new layer, fill with a color from your tube or a paper of your choice. I choose #81b016 opacity to 44. Open and apply gemmask196, New Masks layer >>>> from image. Merge group.
Step 3: scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube. Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine: V=3 O=30 H=3 F= 4 black
hpd_MOTS_El38, frame, 80%, place in the center of the tag. If you want, colorize it to suit with your tube. With your magic wrand, click inside the frame, >>>Modify>>>expand by 13. copy and paste hpd_MOTS_El41, fence, place at the bottom of the frame copy and paste your tube in the selection, invert and supprim, place this rasters under the frame. Apply filter Penta.com on the tube: color dot or dot and cross opacity to 75%
Place your tube next to the frame, right side.
hpd_MOTS_El26, holly+ bow, 80%,place upper left side of the frame.
hpd_MOTS_El56, bubbles, 50% place right side on the bow.
hpd_MOTS_El59, place on the holly, supprim the excess.
hpd_MOTS_didEl47, place like I did, left side.
hpd_MOTS_El40, wordart, 80%, place at the bottom of the frame, left side. Apply Eye Candy 4 gradiant glow ( Fat, white, 5).
hpd_MOTS_El58, red berries, 80%, free rotation 90° to the left, place behind the wordart.
hpd_MOTS_El23, christmas tree, mirror, place behind the tube, left side.
hpd_MOTS_El48, leaves, free rotation 90° to the right, duplicate, mirror, place like I did.
hpd_MOTS_El64, place on the tag, mirror, as you like.
Add other elements if you want.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled. Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
